Every great artist has a story, but Johntill's story is one of courage, survival, and destiny.
Born as Johnson Tochukwu in Enugu State, Nigeria, the fast-rising Afrobeats star has turned pain into purpose and struggle into success. Now based in Germany, Johntill's journey to where he is today is nothing short of extraordinary.

At a young age, he embarked on a dangerous migration journey in search of a brighter future. He crossed the unforgiving desert, endured over a year in Libya, and faced one of the world's most dangerous sea routes the Mediterranean.

In 2022, after spending five difficult days stranded at sea, Johntill was among hundreds of migrants rescued by the Italian search-and-rescue ship GEO Barents. A moment that could have ended in tragedy instead became the beginning of a new chapter.

Those experiences shaped the artist he is today and inspired his powerful new single, "Kpokirikpo." More than just a song, Kpokirikpo is a celebration of survival, perseverance, and the belief that no dream is too far away.

The outreach aligns with the core values of Danfaith Shelters ltd and its parent conglomerate, the SMART AND TRUSTED BUSINESS GROUP, reaffirming the group’s commitment to community development, compassion, and economic empowerment. 

Danfaith Shelters at JKS Orphanage Home, Kubwa Abuja

The Danfaith Shelters team paid a charity visit to JKS Orphanage Homes, a motherless babies home that caters for special children living with conditions such as Down Syndrome, ADHD, immune deficiency, and other developmental challenges. Relief materials including food items, toiletries, clothing, medical essentials, and other support items were presented to the children and caregivers. The Managing Director of Danfaith Shelters, Patrick Ogar, personally addressed the children and staff of the home, offering words of encouragement and reassurance.

In his speech, the MD praised the caregivers for their selfless dedication to the children and reaffirmed Danfaith Shelters’ commitment to standing with vulnerable members of society. Emotional moments followed as the team interacted with the children, shared hugs, laughter, and gifts.

 On the same day, the CSR train moved to two major commercial hubs in Abuja — Gudu Market and Garki Market — where Danfaith Shelters extended support to traders and market women. Relief items distributed included:

4. Key holders gifted to motorists
